In a recent private coaching session, my client and I embarked on a journey through discussions about habits, structure, and personal growth. Among the various habits he shared, one stood out like a beacon – his 12-hour eating routine. On the surface, this may not appear to be an alarming practice; however, as he divulged further, the timing of his meals, at 11 pm and 11 am, raised intriguing questions about the effects of this habit on his well-being. Upon inquiry, I posed a simple yet profound question: "And how does that serve you?" His responses, steeped in positivity, highlighted the reasons behind his strict adherence to this practice. It was evident that he believed in the benefits it provided – perhaps aiding his metabolism, maintaining a lean physique, or fitting his busy schedule.
